Product Updates
Sort Workflows by the Number of Runs
You can now sort your Workflows table by the new Workflow Run Activity column, which shows the number of completed runs for each workflow. This feature allows you to easily identify your most active workflows.
Workflow Data References are Now Easier to Remove
The design of Workflow data references has been improved and includes a delete button that appears when you hover over a reference, allowing you to easily remove it.
Improved UX for Adding Actions to a Workflow
You can now see a placeholder step for "Add an Action" in the Workflow Builder, making it easier to add your first Action. Additionally, an always visible Add Action button (in the form of a plus icon) will appear under the last step in your workflow, ensuring you can always clearly see how to add more Actions.
Improved Action Settings Clarity and Consistency
The labels and descriptions on the settings of several Actions and triggers for Salesforce, HubSpot and Tables have been updated to improve clarity and consistency.
Run Workflows Action now allows null inputs without failing
The Run Workflows Action now supports null values/references, preventing queuing from failing due to missing inputs (though workflows still won't run if inputs are missing).
Additional Filters Added to the Research a Topic with AI Action
You can now use the "Research a Topic with AI" Action to filter research results by recency (all time, last month, last week, last day, or last hour) and by domain, allowing you to target more specific and up-to-date sources.
Continue on Error Option Added to Several Actions
You can now use the "Should the workflow continue if this fails?" setting on several additional Actions. This allows your workflows to proceed even if an error occurs in one of these Actions, ensuring smoother and more reliable automation processes.

Improved Handling of Missing Actions
If a workflow contains an Action that is no longer available, you will now see a validation error instead of a full-page error. This allows you to open, view, and delete the missing Action step to update the workflow accordingly.
